Additional Charges

In addition to the monthly subscription fee, the following charges apply for outbound "push" messages, which are used for proactive communication with your customers (e.g., promotional alerts, event reminders, or important updates).

Authentication - UGX 50 per message

Service - UGX 50 per message 

Marketing - UGX 120 per message

​A "conversational session" is a 24-hour window initiated by a customer when they send a message to your business. All subsequent messages exchanged within this window are free.
