Additional Charges

In addition to the monthly subscription fee, the following charges apply for outbound "push" messages, which are used for proactive communication with your customers (e.g., promotional alerts, event reminders, or important updates).

Marketing - UGX 120 per message

​A "conversational session" is a 24-hour window initiated by a customer when they send a message to your business. All subsequent messages exchanged within this window are free.

Custom Projects​

For clients with unique or complex needs that require specialized development outside of our standard plans, we offer custom project pricing. This approach ensures you get a solution built to your exact specifications.

Pricing: Custom project costs begin at UGX 2,000,000, with the final price determined after a detailed consultation and scope-of-work analysis of the design, development, and integration required for a tailored solution.
