Terms & Conditions - the basics

Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by Lincet Partners Ltd, as the owner and operator of the KyatFlow platform. These T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of users (including SMEs, organizations, schools, hospitals, and utilities) who interact with KyatFlow services via WhatsApp, web, or integrated third-party tools.

The T&C are meant to establish a clear and secure legal relationship between you (the platform user) and us (KyatFlow platform owners).

Eligibility to Use KyatFlow

You must be at least 18 years of age or a legally registered organization to use KyatFlow. By using the platform, you affirm that you have the authority to enter into these T&C on behalf of yourself or your organization.

For student-related services, access is restricted to authorized school administrators, parents/guardians, and verified users only.

Platform Services

KyatFlow offers the following services, which may vary from time to time:

  • WhatsApp CRM Communication

  • Appointment Booking Systems

  • Chatbot-powered Support & FAQ Automation

  • Mobile Money Payment Collection (MTN & Airtel)

  • Geo-Tagged Reports and Notifications

  • School Records Management (with access controls)

  • Business and Utility Customer Support Systems

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

Payment Terms

Transactions on KyatFlow, including appointments, product payments, and service subscriptions, are processed via Mobile Money APIs (MTN Uganda, Airtel Money Uganda). Users are responsible for any associated mobile network transaction fees.

All payments are final unless otherwise stated under a specific service agreement.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the KyatFlow platform to:

​

  • Engage in unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity

  • Access data without authorization

  • Distribute harmful software or spam

  • Violate the privacy of any user or third party

  • Misrepresent your identity or organization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if these terms are violated.

Privacy and Data Security

We are committed to protecting user data and follow strict role-based access policies, especially in sensitive environments like schools and healthcare facilities. For full details on how data is collected and used, please refer to our KyatFlow Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, chat flows, toolkits, and documentation are the property of Lincet Partners, unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited without written consent.

Warranties and Limitations

KyatFlow is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive for maximum uptime and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, nor do we accept responsibility for loss of data or financial loss due to system errors or third-party failures.

Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to KyatFlow without prior notice if:

  • You violate any provision of these T&C

  • Your use poses a risk to our platform’s security or performance

  • Required by law or regulatory instruction

Third-Party Content and Integrations

Some services and pages may rely on third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Twilio, MoMo API providers, or educational content providers. While we integrate with these platforms, we are not responsible for their performance or data policies.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda. Any disputes will be handled within the appropriate jurisdiction of Ugandan courts.

Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the KyatFlow WhatsApp channel or via email.
